What to wear...

We are getting our engagement photos done friday out in holland at the state park and I have no idea what I should wear...any suggestions. I was thinking a little bit casual and a another dressier option too. Oh what about colors and prints, I have been getting confusing remarks on what to wear so let me know what you think! Thanks

If I remember correctly, our photographer told us to stay away from busy prints, and to steer toward solid colors.  Other than that, I don't think she gave us more restrictions..I would wear something that compliments what your FI will be wearing, and I really like the idea of doing one casual outfit as well as one dressy outfit!

our photographer reccomended solid colors, nothing with large print on it. Are you doing indoor or outdoor? He also reccomended wearing "earth tones" for our outdoor pics. You don't want anything too bright that will take the attention of the picture. I think you are right on with the thought of one casual and one dressier outfit. Maybe a sundress would be romantic looking depending on what kind of pics you want.

I am no photography expert, but my advice is to wear something you feel totally gorgeous in. I know that I look much better in photos when I feel sexy/cute/beautiful. If you wear something you don't feel great in, it won't matter about the print/color/etc... Whatever you wear, have fun!
