Continental is really delicious.  I was really thinking of going with them before we decided to have the wedding in GR- we didn't want to pay the delivery charge.We went with Sweet Cakes Design.  So good.  I almost had an orgasm when I tasted the coconut cake with lime curd at our tasting.  To.die.for. I also like that they don't use a crap ton of frosting (which, as much as I love Continental, they use a lot) and it isn't a really heavy or sugary kind either.  Let's the cake flavor shine through!

I grew up in Kalamazoo and absolutely LOVE Boonzaaijer's Bakery. Their bavarian cream filling and frosting is to die for. I am actually getting my wedding cake from there and having my parents drive up to Traverse City, where our wedding will be. Their wedding cake prices are also extremely reasonable.
