Hi ladies...I am wondering if I could get some suggestions on how to work transportation for me/the groom and the bridal party on the day of. The ceremony is at a church on the NW side of Grand Rapids, and the reception is at Noto's in Cascade area. The hotel will probably be near Noto's as well. I am wondering how to get everyone around without paying too much? Also we have a huge bridal party of 15 plus a few dates/spouses...so I think around 22. And my friends like to drink so I don't want them driving to the hotel from the reception. Thanks!!

    I'd first check with the hotel and see if they will do a shuttle service for you. Most hotels will do this for a very reasonable price, or you can also try to negotiate something when you sign up for group rates. I would have the shuttle service available for both the wedding party and guests, this way no one has to worry about getting to the hotel safely. As for moving the wedding party from the church to the reception, for a group that size, how about the trolley?
