Cup Cake!

So tonight DH and I had a craving for chocolate cake and I didn't feel like making a whole cake (because then we'd have to eat all of that)

So. . heres what I found! :)
http://www.toasterlabs.net/2009/01/25/how-to-make-a-cupcake-in-a-mug/

When making it, I tossed in a couple of chocolate chips and then after it was finished, DH and I split it in half and added some icecream :)

Hit the spot!

What other nifty quick recipes like this do you know of?

I saw that on SB the other day. It didn't look good but I'm glad it tasted good. I'll have to try it some time.

I don't have any quick recipes. I don't normally cook. The one thing I do sometimes is put a Hershey Kiss in my french vanilla hot chocolate. Mmmmmm, more chocolate goodness.

Hi! I haven't posted in a LONG time but stop in every once in awhile to see what's new on the NC board since I got married in May 2010. Anyways...funny that you posted about this recipe because last night I was craving something chocolaty (sp?) so I found a recipe similar to the one you posted and it was DELISH!! It was so quick and easy and was so good with some vanilla bean ice cream. You can also make single serve so you don't have to worry about leftovers. Here is the link to the recipe: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/nigella-lawson/chocohotopots-recipe/index.html
