Did you send the photographer an invitation?

My contract says they have to be included on the guest list so they can eat (they were going to be anyway, of course), but are you supposed to send them an invite or just make sure the caterer knows to let them eat?  I'm having a buffet, so it's not like they have to choose their entree in advance.

No you don't just communicate with your caterer and photographer. We just let her know what times.

We sent ours an invitation, but mostly we did it because she became like a friend and we wanted her to see them - also, she said she could take pics of the invite if we sent them to her so we could have them in our album.  You don't have to send one if you don't want, just make sure she is included in the vendor meal count to your caterer.  HTH!
