Steaming my dress/help with bustle

Hello GR ladies!

I am getting married in Grand Rapids on May 30th, but I live in Philadelphia. I bought my dress at a DB here in Philly, and I will be carrying it on with me to GR. Needless to say, it is going to need to be steamed/pressed. Do you have any suggestions for where I can go to get it steamed? 

I am also not sure if one of my bridesmaids can accompany me to the DB here in Philly to see the dress being bustled. Do you have any suggestions for what I can do to figure out my bustle on the day of?

I would check with a local dry cleaners to see how much they would charge for it, if anything. 

For the bustle, I didn't have anyone with me when I had it done, but the lady numbered the strings so that 1 goes to 1, and 2 goes to 2... etc.
