Outdoor/beach wedding

I'm just starting my planning and I would like to find somewhere to have a ceremony and reception on the beach in Grand Haven or Holland. My only worry is that we are shooting for May. Any advice on where or where not to go?

    Camp Geneva in Holland might be a good place to check out. They have a cute little chapel with views of Lake Michigan, and they also have outdoor space - both on the beach and on top of the dunes. You could reserve one of the outdoor spaces w/ the chapel as a back up, in case the May weather doesn't cooperate. :)
