I figured it's time to really to really hunker down and do all the "beauty" things I want to do pre-wedding.  So today I...

Went back to the gym (haven't been since before Christmas... whoops!)
Got a chemical peel and microdermabrasion
Whitened my teeth
Dyed and cut my hair!

I feel so freakin' pretty right now!  If my face weren't so darn red I'd do this the day before the wedding!

I believe in a lot of things. I believe in fresh tennis balls, the healing power of bunnies, and that the novels of Susan Sontag are something I'll never read. In fact, I don't even know who Susan Sontag is. What is she... like... a painter? I believe in Crystal Lite because I believe in ME. I believe in the movies of Val Kilmer, though these days it ain't so easy. I believe in Darren Sproles, the word "dabble", the first season of "Silk Stockings", and big, warm, moist, gooey chocolate chip cookies that melt in your mouth and all over your face.

    I've been focusing on things like that as well.  I've really put a lot of extra time and effort into my fingernails lol.  I really want them to look good.

    Yikes.. 32 days is nuts!!... I started the low-intensity teeth whitening this past Monday.  My teeth are super sensitive so I wanted to start early to be safe.  I also bought some lotion to help get my skin softer and help with the bumps on the back of my arms (thanks adrienne!!)... Hard to believe how fast the time is flying!

    Oh yeah, FI and I have been using sugar scrub on our arms for several months now.  We both have those bumps, too (I also have them on my legs) and it helps a TON!

    Also, tonight, I started the process of dying my hair back to it's (sort of) natural color!  I've had really really dark hair since last year because I wanted a change, but FI really wants me to my old red-headed self for the ceremony.  It'll be a two step process so right now I've got red hair... it's just darker red hair!  :)

    My roots are SO bad right now it's embarassing, but I have to wait for color or I'll have roots for the wedding. I need to kick the beauty into high gear, too.
