Was answering your question...the post was getting kinda long so figured this would be easier to respond.

I asked my wedding coordinator at my venue how many people usually attend vegas weddings and he said that normal destination wedding is about 50% attendance but that Vegas is much more popular and I could expect 75% attednace.  I was seriously like no effin' way! I just knew how expensive it was and thought I was certain not that many people would come.

My parents were even more pessimistic and told me they thought not many would come at all and I should just invite as many people as possible. So when I looked at my list of 120 that I wanted to invite...I really could only peg about 40 that I thought would actually come.

So I got 53 which is a little more than I expected but alot less than the 75% my coordinator told me to bank on!!! I am excited though...that's a pretty good crowd for destination!

That's a HUGE wedding for vegas!!!  But it'll make for one heck of a party!!!!

I have 135 coming to my Vegas wedding...and that is just over a 50% turnout so your coordinator was kind of right haha...we are going to be packed to the gills at our chapel!
