Straightening/strengthening.  It's suppose to make hair stronger/healthier.  Mine is a bit on the fuzzy side esp in humidity.

My stylist has suggested this to me and I'm afraid to try is so close to the wedding. I have VERY thick, wavy hair. I'd love to hear how it turns out!

I've had the Brazilian Blowout done (which I believe is pretty similar) and I loved it! I have naturally curly hair, which I straighten with a flat iron every day. In the humidity, my hair gets frizzy and gross so I've gotten it done in the summer to prevent frizzing and it works wonders! I don't have to spend a ton of time straightening my hair when I get it done and my hair NEVER frizzes in the humidity with it! I also felt like my hair was healthier and stronger. I'm considering to do it before the wedding and HM but I'm wondering if my hair won't be able to hold a curl curls if I decide to add some curls to my up-do. I definitely want it done though for our HM so I don't look like a frizzball in all of our HM pics!

I would love to know how your hair comes out after it's done. I'm going to get the Brazilian Blowout right before the wedding so my hair is not a frizz ball during the honeymoon. The girl who does my hair said my hair will still be able to hold curls for the day of the wedding with the blowout but not other Brazilian treatments but I don't really know the difference between any of them.

I have had this done before when I lived in Louisiana...soooo much humidity and my hair is a little wavy and I liked it very straight. I absolutely LOVED it, my hair would be board straight when I got out of the shower and stay that way...and ALOT less frizz. The only thing I did not like about it was the texture of my hair changed a little...it was a little rougher, like almost felt a little bit damaged, but I really think it was because I was bleaching my hair at the same time. If you don't have color treated hair already I am sure it would be just fine...if not, I had just gotten some really good repairing conditioner from my salon and it helped alot. You will really like it though! I would get one too but we will be in Vegas and no humidity there!!!
