How do I plan for wine and beer if I have about 175 guests?  About how many kegs and how many bottles of wine do you suggest?

We have (hopefully!) around 170 guests. We're doing bottled beer, not a keg, and are planning on:

6 x cases Champagne - 72 bottles (54 L)

6 x cases White - 72 bottles (54 L)

6 x cases Red - 72 bottles (54 L)

30 x cases beer - 720 bottles (240 L) 

This works out to 1800 drinks, so more than ten per person. I've heard you should cater for at least 6 per person, so I am hoping that this is well over-catered, but our supplier also offers buy-back for unopened product which takes the pressure off a bit - maybe you could investigate something similar? Our event runs from 4:00 (after the ceremony) to whenever, so at least 8 hours, so may be longer than most as well.
