Engagement pics! (PIP)

I got my engagement pics taken on Saturday and picked up the edited CD yesterday! ( yey for a super fast photographer! She also happens to be FI aunt) I just have to share with someone cause we have decided not to show anybody until after the announcements go out and we decide for sure which ones to use... I have about 100 different edited shots to choose from.. I have no clue how I'm going to narrow it down to 4 for the announcements! Wish me luck! 

Just wanted to share one of my favorites for each outfit!

our wedding colors are black, bright pink, and bright green. so I wanted some with our colors

I love this one! But it is the wrong direction for our announcements

In Utah we got the big BYU/Utah Rivalry.. well we're fans for different teams.. so we had some fun with those ones.. (FI LOVES those five finger shoes.. I think they are terribly ugly... but I let him wear them for these... I'm so nice..)

<div>Our announcements have spots for portrait pictures not landscape.. we tried cropping it, but it looks funny not having it this way.. but thats okay it'll be a good one to just frame :)</div>

The pics look great but I'm confused.  What type of announcements are you sending out? It's too late for engagement announcements since the wedding is in 3 months and invites will be going out in a few weeks.  And if it's a wedding announcement wouldn't you rather a pic of you guys on your wedding day?

AWww I love the horizontal ones too Maybe its just me being cheap, but I am leaning towards not sending any announcements. After mailing all the invitations that are going out, with the 44 cent stamp on each RSVP, I think I'll be about done with the post office! LOL

I also love the rivalry pic. FI and I are nfl rivals, Texans & Cowboys, and we also have a pic that has the two different jerseys. [see below]

I guess we do things a little differently here.. and maybe its partially religion. But the announcement is the wedding invitation/announcement/engagement announcement thing..
The pics will be going on the invitation inviting people to the reception. There are seperate insert cards for the wedding itself, and the luncheon.
