Is it not working for anyone else???!!! Its really starting to bug me! I can't get it to work!!!! I'm gonna scream at first i just could edit people now I can't even get to my list!

I'm having the same issues! I was wondering if it was just me but I guess it's not. It's irritating me reallly bad. Do we just have to wait til it starts working or is there someone we can contact or something we can do????

OMG, I thought it was just me! I just got 3 responses, and couldn't WAIT to update my list. It's not working. WTF!

Oh yeah, I know it's too late now but NEVER use The Knot for ANYTHING!  You know how wonky the message boards are?  Yeah, the websites and RSVPs are worse!  My first wedding I was using their websites and it kept linking people to a complete strangers site!  And my friend Ash used their RSVP system and lost about 20 RSVPs three days before their caterer needed the final numbers.  She had to scramble to remember who had RSVPd through the system, and then call them up to get their meal requests.

So if you are using The Knot's RSVP system make sure you're keeping the info somewhere else, too!

I did find the number and I'm calling! They are closed right now... but in the morning I saved the number to my phone... well calling them during my break because they are on pacific time...

I was having the same issue too, but I figured out a little trick to make it work.

Right click on the name of the guest and open it in a new tab in your browser. Enter all the info and save it. When you go back to the main page and refresh the info will be updated.
