Clear Skin

Since this is a stressful time, just wondering if you girls are doing anything extra to keep your skin clear for the wedding.  Any special facial masks, creams, washes?

Not doing it just for the wedding, but I have super stubborn acne... the kind that sits under your skin for a week and is actually painful... and swear by the Clinique 3 step system.  

Its not something I'd start a week before the wedding as the toner tends to bring everything to the surface and can actually cause a pretty serious breakout at first, happened to me.  That cleared up within a week and since then I've only had one very tiny pimple and it only stuck around for about a day.

This has been one of my splurges.  I started going to an esthetician regularly a couple months ago and my skin looks INCREDIBLE!!!  I trust her completely and she put together a treatment plan that involves various levels of microdermabrasion and chemical peels.  For the first time in almost 10 years I feel fully confident going out with not a stitch of makeup on.  She's also much more knowledgeable and dedicated to her patients than any of the 6 dermatologists I've seen.  I would definitely see a professional!

I've temporarily stopped drinking alcohol (I guess I kind of had to since I got rhinoplasty) and been drinking a lot of water. I actually cut down my coffee intake quite a bit.

I was also using the Neutrogena Stress Free Acne wash which I liked, but since I have a splint going from my forehead to my cheeks, I've only been able to gently wash around the area.

I did get a facial done last month and after I'm healed in about 2-3 weeks, I'd like to go again

I have been blessed with fairly clear skin.  I usually just use the olay makeup cleansing cloths and wash my face with just water (soaps irritate and dry my skin out).  I do plan on getting a facial before the wedding, for extra glowing skin, but thats it for me.
