Someone just posted on another board that they picked their venue on Apr 5 2013... which made me wonder when Easter is next next year...... yep, March 31st! So I guess our weddings are a week before Easter this year and our first year anniversary will be ON Easter next year!  Yes, I know, random but just thought I'd pass on the knowledge....

I have a friend getting married on April 7th 2012. She didn't realize it was Easter weekend until after they booked the venue.

My birthday is March 31st and every 10 years it lands on Easter.  Which sucks because I didn't get to do anything for my 18th birthday because everyone was doing family stuff.  Although... I will say it was fun on my 8th birthday because our entire extended family got to gether and did something fun (can't remember what but I remember enjoying it).  But when you're 18 a "family birthday party" doesn't quite hold the thrill it once did!

I picked the 31st originally because when I was teaching, this would have been our spring break week.  After I got laid off, we decided to just keep the date anyways.

A few years ago my birthday, and my distant cousin's mother's birthday was the same day as Easter.  I turned 23 and she turned 90, so it wasn't the most fun for me that year, but I guess it is the only time that my birthday and Easter will be on the same day for the rest of my life.  I had also just dumped my boyfriend, so I was a bit like Eeyore that year.

I realized this awhile ago.. which makes me a little sad because i wanted our first anniversary to be just us.  But instead we will probably spend the day with his family.  Oh well I guess we will just have to do something the night before or the following weekend...
