I was wondering if there were any farms or country fields that I could rent around the charlotte area? Me and my FH want to have a small intimate wedding with our families and don't have much money to spend.

I'd look into Meck County parks and rec.. they have a number of outdoor locations you can rent

Was pretty cheap. it was like 1500 for ceremony and reception in the barn and included tables,chairs, and linens and centerpieces. It was just too far away for us.
