F/U to my new niece

So despite my differences with my FSIL this baby has really brought us all together!  I am so madly in love with this little girl, it's ridiculous.  It's hard to even give her to someone else to hold when we are visiting.  I really do dominate her time when we're there but FSIL always hands her to me first and then starts talking about honeymoon babies and how awesome having one would be (she's evil, but I love this evil side of her!).  I'm  just so happy we get to live with this little girl.  At first I wasn't thrilled about the idea but now I couldn't imaging her being anywhere else.

And the doctor says that they may be able to come home tomorrow!!!!   Sooooo excited for her homecoming.

Aww that's awesome.  I'm telling ya what, I love my niece and nephew like they were my own.  I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to have my own children and love them even more than that!

BTW what does f/u mean?  I'm totally taking it as FU lol and was wondering why anyone would say that about their baby niece lol

Haha, yup, I mean F/U!

I love my nephew too, to death, but I didn't get to meet him until he was 3 months old.  It is soooo different being there the day she was born, the day after she was born... newborn babies have this magically power about them or something.  I never understood it until now.

FI was hilarious today.  He did "research" and figured out that since I'm a small business owner and disabled that I can get some CRAZY awesome grants to go to college IF I have a baby.  Not a good reason to have a baby but I love that he's trying to make my new-found desires to have a honeymoon baby be something of a reality.  I'm not *that* ready yet, though.  Maybe come August when my BC runs out I just won't go refill it...
