I saw in the honeymoon post that you guys are waiting to see if you win before you book yours.

Anyways I was just wondering when do you start filming the four weddings show?  How far apart are the weddings?  As much as I hate weddings I think it would be fun to do that show! 

OH and most importantly when does your show air???

ETA: How is your brooch bouquet coming along?

I got a call on Thursday with three dates: 2/25, 3/16 and 3/31 (in addition to my 3/24 wedding). They are working to get confirmation that the other three ladies can also participate on those days, so it's not yet DEFINITE. At worst, our episode could be spread over two months. 

The air date will depend on the date of the final wedding. I think the show will start airing in June, but we'll be one of the later episodes, so maybe not until the fall (a lot of this is guessing as they won't tell us too many specifics until they know which weddings we're going to). I'm really looking forward to seeing how different our weddings are. I just hope the other girls are nice!

My brooch bouquet has changed a bit. I made a fundamental flaw in designing it (basically assuming I could just attach the handle after the fact). I have since removed all the brooches and put them in the mail to an etsy seller. She is awesome, and I can't wait to see how it turns out. I should have pictures by the end of the weekend!

The BM bead bouquets suffered the same fate, so I made this over the weekend... the finished product will be white carnations with navy beads. I am in love with it!

Sorry, but this made me laugh!!  :)  TOTALLY Something that I would do :).  And I really love your new bm's bouquets!  Are they real flowers?  How did you stick the bead in the middle?

That is so excting!  I really hope that the girls are nice.  Some of them are just plain catty and just complain about EVERYTHING!  I can't wait to see your show!  :)  And too bad it's not a public vote for who's wedding is the best, because you'd for sure win then!  :)

Yep, they are carnations that I bought at Costco!

How did you stick the bead in the middle?

I used floral wire, 22 gauge I believe. You put it through the middle of the bead, then twist it. Then you stick the point down into the flower. I need to do some testing to make sure the beads stay, but I might put just a tiny bit of glue on them if they don't look like they'll hold.

Two things:

a) I love the BM bouquets.

b) I seriously can't freaking wait for your episode. I'm totally secretly pretending that I know you IRL. I'm also vicariously living through you since we (I) decided to not do FW.
