Funny RSVP responses

 I am doing a Midsummer Night's Dream theme so to be clear I wrote "no costumes" underneath "semiformal" on the back of our map. So, FI's Aunt and Uncle wrote a this note:
'We feel terrible about this, but we lost our tenant in Tennessee and need to inspect the premises, and due to scheduling (including (FI's Annt) starting her professorship at Stetson Law) our first opportunity to go will be the week of March 19. We will toast you with Jack Daniels on your special day. Great invite, but (FI's Uncle) is major bummed about the costume interdiction, so it's probably for the best."
The last line made FI and I laugh.
My FSIL sent me some funny ones she got:

"The ____ family will be attending your wedding (the new baby) will bring poop, (their toddler) will too if your lucky, the bride changes those right?"
 
Another one of her guests wrote this quote on theirs:
"Rodney Dangerfield - "I haven't spoken to my wife in years. I didn't want to interrupt her."

You guys get any funny or interesting ones??

No!  I want funny responses.  

The only thing that might be *kind of* funny, but not really is for "Decline" we put "I Get Sea Sick, Respectfully Decline", just to be funny.  Well, one of our guests wrote "I don't actually get sea sick, I just can't make it." below it.

The only ones I got with a note were not funny at all.

My cousin's wrote that they couldn't give us a for sure answer as she is due to have their second baby on March 7th and didn't know for sure what would be going on for them on the 10th.

FI's Grandmothers was just sad to read. She responded with None and the wrote next to it "I am so sorry Brock". That made me a little sad for them both. She is in a nursing home and had a blood disorder so they can't bing her 9 hours down here. She is the cutest little grandma though.

There's room at the bottom for a note.

I read on another forum that the bride's niece decorated the response card with glitter before she mailed it back and another one where they put rice in the envelope.

I haven't gotten any funny ones, but I have gotten some really nice notes on some of the declines.

I was bummed yesterday - first day since we started getting RSVPs that I didn't get one!  Boo.

I haven't gotten any funny note just odd rsvps. Like a mon will come but not the husband and kids... It's happened a few times and they aren't so oot that it is a financial issue... So maybe it's sports? Idk I thought it was sooo weird to see only one person from a family coming and it's happened twice

No, the only cute one I got was my mom's aunt drew a little picture of herself holding a champagne glass then wrote "With bells on!" underneath.

One of my single friends RSVP'd with 7 guests and said he needed a table for all his babes.  Other than that...it's pretty normal.  I get a few, "we can't wait!" or "i love you!" from family members!

I haven't gotten any funny responses, but I have gotten quite a few with sweet little notes written on them. I'm definitely keeping those ones!

Kara! That is seriously freaking hilarious. I could totally see one of JP's friends doing something like that. LOL
