So, I finally organized all 170 guests into tables. I'm ready to start creating my seating chart, but I'm getting stuck on the wording aspect. Here are my options:
1. List EVERY single guest under the appropriate last name initial, including all children (less than 10 kids under the age of 12 and the youngest will be 4 1/2 year old twins).
2. List couples together. If so, how do I list them? Mr. and Mrs. John Smith. Jane and John Smith. What I do with those that have children if I use this option?
3. List the couples together. List those that have families together. So, basically the same thing listed above. Only, those that have kids/families, list them together - Mr. and Mrs. John Smith and family. OR John, Jane, Tim (child), and Anne (child) Smith. OR perhaps something different?
I really like the idea of listing couples together, I just don't know how to include young children. The older/teenage children could be listed on their own, or maybe with their parents? Maybe I should just list everyone separately to avoid this issue. Ugghhh. I'm really stuck. Thoughts? Advice?
