I thought that I had my BM and MOH accessories taken care of. I am paying one of the BMs to make a necklace or bracelet for all of my girls, and I found the perfect earrings at Macys so I ordered 5 of them and 4 backup necklaces in case my BM doesn't have the time (she can be a bit of a last minute person).
I pick up my mail today and the package arrived with the jewelry. The packing slip was correct, saying that they shipped all 9 pieces, but I only recieved 1 pair of earrings and 1 necklace. Yet I was charged the full amount. So I try to call the customer service line, which takes about 5 tries to figure out how to get an actual person because its 99% automated (and 0 didn't work).
Once I finally got through to someone, it took 20 mins for them to tell me that they ran out of product and are not ordering them in again. So their policy is to sell more product than they have, not notify the customers about the lack of product, charge the client for the full price, create an incorrect packing slip AND have a horrible customer service line that makes it very difficult to rectify the problem. After all of that they are going to refund the items that they didn't send, but now I'm back at square 1. Ugh. They're going to send me a $20 gift card for the hassle, but I think my time is worth so much more than that.
