Okay ladies, spill the beans!

My boss was traveling all week, which has resulted in me being extremely unproductive at work.  It's not like I don't have things to do, but one guy I work with sends me 1000 emails a day and it makes me so unmotivated to juggle all of his emails and questions.  I'm ready for the weekend so I can try to be a little better next week

I'm sure mine is flameable, but... even though I absolutely LOVE my job, I think I would equally love to be a SAHW or SAHM. I was so bummed when my break ended lol.

I don't love my job, but I wouldn't mind being a SAHW. I told my Fi last night that i missed it. When I was laid off it was nice to be playing that role.

I spent the better part of yesterday and this afternoon making our table numbers, guestbook sign, and bar menus instead of working.  Perks of working from home

Defintely don't love my job.  I dream about being a SAHW/ save like crazy so I can retire early... haha

I have a 4 inch stack of papers to grade, but instead I spent last night looking up different wordings of vows & ring ceremonies for 3 hours!

My shower is on Sunday and I'm very upset.  I don't mean to sound ungrateful but nothing was planned according to my taste/likes/wishes.  I realize that I can't have everything go my way but I am the bride.  They could have given me something!  When I cried about it for 2 days I was told by my mother "it's not about you"- but actually it is. I'm dealling with momzilla.  I'm so hurt I don't even want to go.

Me too! Although I'd miss the amount of money I make, and the social aspect at work.

ETA: And this definitely isn't flameable. I totally respect SAHM's. SAHW's though.... hmm...that's another issue.

I totally show off my ring all the time. And when I am signing a paper somewhere or a credit card slip I purposefully place my hand so that the ring is front and center and you would have to try hard NOT to miss it.   When I really think about it I feel a little guilty for being so showy. I really need to learn some modesty and not be so boostful.

Curse you Knot.  My bridal shower is on Sunday and I'm not happy about it.  I don't mean to sound ungrateful but it's nothing that I wanted or even like.  My likes/tastes/wants were totally ignored in the planning process.  I understand that I can't get everything that I want but I am the bride.  At least give me something. When I cried about it for 2 days my mom said- "it's not about you". To hell it's not I'm the bride.  I specifically asked them not to do only 3 things- a Sunday afternoon during football, Italian food and a buffet.  Guess what it's all 3!  I'm so upset I don't even want to go.  Thanks for listening to my vent.  I feels good just to get it out.
