Good Morning ladies! So this is a weird question but do you all have "back-up" guest lists? Like people you wanted to invite but could not due to finances? And then you could add them back if needed? I ask because my venue minimum is 175 guests. Our list is at 188 and we already have 7 NO's. I am starting to worry we won't meet the 175.
I am wondering if I should send out a few invitations to my back-ups? It sounds so horrid to have "back-up" guests but if I don't meet the 175, I am still paying for it. What would you do? Would you send them out? I am talking 10 people tops. Or would you wait a few more weeks to see if we get more NO's??
ETA: Most of these people know they are back-ups since they are my younger brothers friends (they TOTALLY understand) and one couple is a cousin of my best friends hubby.
