One of our ushers was talking to FI and mentioned that the RSVP envelope we included in their invitation was completely blank. I had 10 RSVP envelopes left over with our address and a stamp on them, I just thought I had done too many. Apparently, at some point I switched out blank ones for stamped ones!

So now, 10 of our guests have blank envelopes. I think it's mostly FIs close friends and relatives, so I feel bad. They probably are horribly offended (and it's also probably why NONE of them have RSVPd... which is why I didn't even know there was a problem!)

Oh man. What a bummer! We forgot to put "reception to follow" on our invitation. Luckily only one person has asked abou this. I'm sure they will understand/get over the unintentional mistake.

I would just start calling them and letting them know what happened.  If they didn't get the envelope maybe you could mail it out separately.  Mistakes happen so hopefully people won't be too upset.

Ohh no! What a bummer, but yeah, I'd just start making phone calls. I'm sure they'll understand.

I made a few oopsies too.  Some of the addresses the calligrapher messed up so I just did labels for those since I felt I didn't have time for her to redo them.  On one of them I put Mr. and Mrs. [Wife's first name] [Husbands last name] since I was manually typing them and clearly not thinking straight lol!

It wouldn't be so bad, if it weren't for the fact that a few of them are cousins that FI hasn't seen or talked to in 20 years. We were just inviting them as a courtesy... sounds like a job for FMIL

don't feel horrible... I ran out of response cards... we only ordered 100... and then we tackily asked for some back... yeah it was bad... but they were really close friends and understood...
