who tries to help me deal with my stress by telling me the only important thing is my FI and I standing in front of a pastor and getting married is asking to be murdered. I'm so over hearing that BS! I did not just spend the last 10 months busting my butt and spending money to dumb it down to well at least you'll be married!!

Don't get me wrong I can't wait to marry FI and I love what it means, but if it was only about getting married I wouldn't have a guest list of 205 people. I wouldn't be picking flowers and the perfect table linens and favors and music. I would be on a beach some where with a beautiful white dress and my FI. Instead I signed up for a large affair a party so to say and I am not half asssing it! Get it!?!

I agree.  I am totally annoyed when people try to "warn you" about wanting certain things for your wedding. I was so annoyed the other day when my FMIL stating that something will probably go wrong that I will have no control over.  Whereas that may or may not be true, I don't want to hear that from you!  It's like thanks for the words of encouragement, WTH!

Yes, yes, and yes. I totally agree Whit, I'm sick of hearing the same phrase. That and, "It will all come together no matter what and will be perfect." Well, no shiit Sherlock. I plan on it being perfect, just all the last minute details that I need to finish up within 15 days might cause me to have a heart attack in the meantime.

So agree!!!! I just fake it around everyone bc I'm so tired of hearing it. I have literally run out of resources (besides y'all) to get my stress out. It's so sad. If it was just about standing up fron then I'd have been in a courthouse 2 years ago!!

Whit, you couldn't be more right! Seriously people, it's all just rhetoric. I'm actually tired in general of "so how's the wedding planning going?" IT'S GOING, OK?! I have 30 days now to do 9865634314 things and there are not enough hours in the day THANYOUVERYMUCH.
