Have any of you ever tried the My Fitness Pal app? (or website?)
I downloaded the app the other night, and I started using it yesterday. I can't believe how easy and neat it is to track my calorie intake and everything. I like having a graph to show exactly where I am in terms of my goal weight and exercise.
If I was to really stick to this and record everything I eat, I would probably eat less because I'm more accountable...I can see the numbers add up, whereas sometimes I'll just blindly eat and just tell myself that "it doesn't count". LOL.
Has anyone else tried it and had any success with it?
