Intro :-)
HI ladies! I've been around this board, just haven't posted too much. As the wedding is getting closer I've been on here a lot more! So, as requested, here is a little about me and our wedding! :-)
John and I got engaged last December 18th and decided to have the wedding 3/18/12. Partially because my parents and youngest brother live in Turkey and had just been back to states this past May for my younger sister's wedding. So...we're getting married at Paradise Cove in Orlando FL. We live here, but I know that a lot of people look at it like a DW. Lol.
Our colors are green and yellow. I wanted something spring-ish, and my engagement ring is a green diamond (my favorite color!) so we wanted to incorporate that as well. No real theme I guess, but it's an outdoor venue so it's kinda beachy and relaxed.
We have a pretty large bridal party, 7 on each side, and two ushers. I have a 7 year old daughter and she is my maiden of honor. :-) Right now we're inviting about 155 people, but I'm hoping we'll end up with about 120ish! Most of our guests are out of town, but we'll see!
Anyway, sorry this is long! I love reading your posts and have gotten a lot of really good advice just hanging out here!
