Honeymooon!!!!

We FINALLY chose our honeymoon. Hooray!! We've deicded to go to the Excellence Resort in Playa Mujeres. It's a little more than we originally intended to spend but it's all inclusive, totally gorgeous and we have a few friends who have raved about it. 

We've decided to wait a week after the wedding to go because if we go then we can get 7 nights in a two story roof top terrace suite for the same price as 6 nights in a junior suite the week before. Totally worth it I think!! 

It's not actually booked yet but our travel agent is holding it while she's getting all the paperwork together.

FI is also going to get fitted for his tux today so that's two huge checks in one day. Thank goodness!!

Totally worth waiting a week IMO for that upgrade!

Congrats!! You'll love it...the Excellence Resorts are gorgeous!! I was to the one in Cancun..it was gorgeous...Enjoy!!!

yay what a fun check!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we still havent decided but will be waiting until end of june/early july so we also have a summer vacay/honeymoon in one and can save up soem more.

Yay, that's so exciting! I thought this may have happened based on the comments on our fb chat.

 I was bummed at first because we aren't able to go on the HM right after the wedding either. I have to go back to work and teach for a week before we leave. However, I've now realized I think I prefer it that way. It gives us time to settle down after the busy weekend, open gifts, get a start on our thank-yous and just relax before we are up and running out the door for our HM, ya know. We'll do a little mini staycation that weekend so we aren't coming back to our home the wedding night, but I really don't think it's a big deal that you're waiting a week. Like PPs said, it will totally be worth it!
