Hi Ladies, I just thought I'd start a mid-week check to say - its not too late to make this week an exercise success even if you've been slacking!!!!
I went to the gym Monday and Wednesday 5:30am with my trainer for a workout, and today i went to 5:30am Spin - UGH! I hate 530am in the morning!!!!! But I never regret it when I get into work early, miss the traffic and get a productive start to the day.
How is everyone else doing this week?
