I'M SO JEALOUS OF HOW PRETTY Y'ALL'S HAVE BEEN! That's it

I love the pics y'all have posted and seriously can't wait until I have mine  on the 18th!

I do have question, though. Typically how long do Bridal Showers last? My sister wants to take me out to my bachelorette party after, and I was wondering time-frame, just to get an idea.

Mine was from 11-1 on a Sunday, but I didn't get out of there until a little after 2 because I was waiting for everyone to finish chatting and leave before I packed up the car. I didn't want to be the first one out the door (obviously) and I didn't want to start packing all the gifts while everyone was still there.

I'm lucky and having three different showers (my family, my FI family, and my friends) all of them on the invitations, the time frame is just 2 hours. (2-4, or 11-1)

That makes sense. My concern is that my sister is hosting it at my house (we have about 40 people and she lives in an apt.) So...I can't technically 'pack up' LOL Although, the shower starts at 6, and I was thinking people would want to leave around 9 anyway.

I'm sure people will start thinning out around the 2 hour mark. Every shower I have been to is like that, you get antsy and can only play games and chat for so long. But I would definitely be sure that people would be gone by 9, definitely 10 at the latest.

Which is obviously totally not what I wanted to do. But I feel 2 hours is pretty good, but I'd want everyone to feel welcome and not being pushed out, too.

Mine started at 3 on Sunday and almost everyone was gone by 5. That was enough time for chatting, snacking, game playing, and opening presents. We had about 20 people.

I know I'm jealous too!  My shower isn't till the 25th.  Typically showers run around two hours.  However, I was at a baby shower that lasted 4 hours!!!!!!  That was way too long.  It was a pretty large turn out and she opened every single gift slower than a turtle.  My mom and FMIL are combining the families for my shower but I'm not going to torture my guests.  I will try to get through the gifts as quickly as possible.

Mine ran way over and went from 2-6:45!!  My BMs kidnapped me from the shower and brought my to my bachelorette party in South Beach!

Mine was held at a resturant and lasted 4 hours.

Mine was 2 hours. I think that's a good length of time, just don't have a ton of activites that will keep people there forever.

Mine started at 1:00 and went to 5:00-5:30.

Mine is on the 18th too!! About 20 people are going and it is at a cute little restaurant and my FMIL only reserved it for 2 1/2 hours. I'm glad that it can't last longer than that. haha
