Claysville/Washington Wedding Recommendations

Hi ladies! I'm new here, kind of. My fiance and I have been engaged for just over a year and are finally to the point that we can start planning our wedding! Everything is going to take place on my family's property in Claysville, but I am having a horrible time trying to find vendors. I am planning from Richmond, VA so I won't be able to do a ton of in person meetings. Right now I need the following vendors:
- Caterer
- Florist
- Rental Company for Tables, Chairs, Tent
- Cake Baker

Any help would be INCREDIBLY appreciated! I'm looking for people located in Washington, Claysville, Canonsburg, or even the Wheeling WVA area.

Congratulations!! Although I'm from about 15 minutes from Washington and Canonsburg, I'm not too familiar with vendors in the area because everyone we've been dealing with has been closer to the airport or downtown. I am an OOT bride though, and I can tell you that when you do find vendors make sure they are easy to get a hold of and good at getting back to you via email. We have had 2 vendors, one of which is our reception venue, who are awful at getting back to us and its so frustrating because we can't just drive down the road and meet with them in person.
