We got our photos taken yesterday by Brett Maxwell. He is AWESOME! He's fantastic to work with, and takes great pictures too! I added the photos he emailed me to my shutterfly account so they're easy to look at if you want. We went to Hawk Island (off of Cavanaugh in Lansing - it is where we got engaged) and to MSU. We also went to a small little park off of aurileus and Mt. Hope (just past Mt. hope). I'm not sure what it's called. http://allyspictures7.shutterfly.com/97 I think we're going to use one of the hanging photos for our Save the Dates and have it say "Hang on to this date"

    Very cute pictures! Wasn't the weather just perfect yesterday!!! I still can't get over how perfect the weather turned out. I really like your Save the Date idea as well! I wish we could have done a photo save the date, but I picked our photographer only about 2 weeks ago (kinda late).

    Love the photos and save-the-date idea!  :)My fiance and I are getting our engagement photos taken over Christmas with Brett as well!  Very excited... I just hope he manages to find a place that isn't FREEZING!

    caramels- he's super creative so I'm sure you'll be fine. Megan - It was gorgeous! Your photos are so awesome. I'm so happy our engagement photos turned out great. It really makes us even more excited for the wedding.

    No, it wasn't the nature center. It was a park right off of aurileus. We have pictures hanging from the bridge/overpass thing. It is the part that was blocked off all summer and just recently opened up. I think the river trail to MSU is right there. hmmmm...wish I knew what it was called. I can't decide if I like the bridge hanging ones or the tree hanging ones better for our save the date. What do you ladies think?

    Very cute pictures, you make a great couple! I think I like the frist bridge hanging picture. The tree ones are neat, but hes a little blocked by you.
