Where to get a Cake?

Hello Knot people, I need your help. I am trying to find a place to get my wedding cake from. I had a wonderful lady from Cake Art set up for June 11th, but my Fiancée and I decided June 18th would work better for us. Now my original cake artist cannot do it. Does anyone have any recommendations for other bakeries?

My wedding is going to be in the Lansing area

BTW, My Fiancee and I don't like Fondant, and we need someone who is affordable.

I don't suppose you read the post above about looking for local vendors. Never mind. Rhetorical question.

I'm moving this over to the Lansing board. This is an international one.
