Tongiht's episode was filmed in Lansing.  I'm looking forward to seeing how Donnie Brown decorates the venue my daughter is using for her reception next year.

My sister got married on the same day as these girls, at the same place.  It was terrible.  They took over the entire dressing room, so we were stuck in a tiny corner with no where to get good getting ready pictures.  The crew and these brides and their parties totally had the run of the place.  There are three different areas there and they took up all of them.  The crew was doing their best to dramatize everything and making the girls say things over again in a certain way.  The venue was so apologetic for how crappy my sister's getting ready experience turned out.  We got a free bottle of champagne, but I don't think it really made up for it.

I too am excited - Petal and Forrest is doing our wedding and I am anxious to see what they do and maybe get a few more ideas

Huh I wish I would have seen it.  I wonder when it was filmed because I met with Dawn from P&F in July and she said she was getting ready for a HUGE event that weekend, $25,000+ worth of flowers.  I wonder if it was for this!

PS - is the show on We or Oxygen?  I am trying to find a rerun of it!

Emarston -- it was on Style Network, which is the one random channel I don't have, of course.  Let me know if you find it anywhere online or something.

Too bad too, since Petal and Forrest and A Piece O' Cake are both my vendors!  I want to see it!

We got our e-pics done last Sunday and this was the sneak peek she sent us.  I am not-so-patiently waiting for the rest of them.  I cannot say enough great things about Amy (even without seeing the photos).  She was wonderful to work with and made us feel so comfortable!

I was disappointed in the episode.  Not only was everything outside, so we couldn't see the venue decorated.  They really didn't do much to paint Lansing, or the people here in a very good light.

I was going to ask you what you thought but I didn't know if you would see it.  I can't say anything since I haven't seen the episode but they always edit things to make everyone look terrible.
