I want to know ho you used for catering? Did you ove their food? And what ere their prices per person?

    West Texas BBQ in Jackson did our food.  We loved it and received so many compliments from our guests.  Our videographer said it was the best food he had ever had at a wedding.

    We are having our reception at Gene Davis & Sons Banquet & Conference center in Jackson- the food is amazing- same as what is offered at their resturant (which has lines almost every night)
    Their prices are great- packages start at $21/person (which includes 2 entree buffet, 2 salads, 2 sides, 1 vegetable, bread- all linens, silverware, glasses, plates, set-up, clean up, hall fees)  $7/person unlimited beer, wine, pop  $10 unlimited open bar

    We are going with Diana's catering from st johns... she's about $14 a person and she has delicious food!
