Unhappy customer

I ordered groomsmen gifts from theknot.com and they messed up my order and didn't send me my whole order when i called customer service about it jaime the lady i spoke with was rude and not helpful so now i have one groomsman i don't have a gift for with only a week away left to my wedding!!!! Needless to say i won't ever be ordering from here again!!

    I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience.  Did you lodge a complaint with their customer service team?  That's really the best forum to share that news in.  I've heard about a number of people having issues with The Knot, and its usually issues with product delivery being late or orders being inaccurate.  I only ordered bubble bottles from them and everything went well.
