While creating another post about Baker Street Train Station is probably not the "right" way to do this, it's been long enough that I thought you might not notice an addition to your original post. My DD and her fiance looked at Baker Street as one of the four reception sites they considered in downtown Fort Wayne. It is so very cool--retro and redone beautifully. Absolutely gorgeous, with a neat little alcove at the end that is perfect for setting up a buffet or bar. BUT. . . there is one thing that, when you go to see it, you really need to check out. Because it has been refurbished to its original condition, everything in the building is a hard surface. The acoustics were the deal breaker for us. It is very loud in the building, even with the small number of people who were in there that day as we toured. My DD's FI actually did the "hello. . . hello" echo. We couldn't imagine having 130 people in there talking, silverware clanking, etc. Also, our DJ (who has worked receptions there in the past) said that it is very difficult to set up in a way that doesn't distort the music and doesn't make the evening miserable for the older crowd. Bottom line: it echos. So, by all means, go look. It is lovely. But do consider the acoustics before you make a final decision. I hope this helps! Good luck with your decision! ~anemone5
