Weddings coming up??

I think there are a few of us getting married these next couple of months but I've forgotten who!So who's getting married soon and what is your date? How are you doing with all the planning?We're getting married on 9-26, less than 3 weeks away!  I start to get butterflies and knots in my stomach when I think about how close it is.I'm doing good with the planning.  All I have left is my seating chart, table numbers, ribbons on the programs, wrapping gifts for our bridal party/parents.  I want to get as much done as possible so I can try to relax the week before the wedding

Congrats to all the upcoming weddings! I agree Amanda, get as much done as you can.  All I had to do the day before was get my nails done and do the centerpieces. Also, unless it is something fresh that has to be done last minute, do things in order of importance.  Then say "If it's not done before the rehearsal then it's not needed"  That was my philosophy so that I was able to relax during the rehearsal and dinner without 1000 things going through my mind.

Ditto Chrissy's comment on the: "if it's not done before the rehersal, it doesn't need to be done." After a certain amount of work and time that you put into it...you just have to step back and say hey, I'm getting married tomorrow whether I can find that left shoe or not! ;)Good luck up comming brides!!!

I'm 31 days out.  Things that need to be done: rabbi needs to approve ceremony, programs, finalize menu for reception, figure out transportation for family members flying in from out-of-country the night of rehearsal, and figure out hair.  We're getting the license next Monday!Butterflies and knots...I'm glad I'm not there.  I want this thing to be over.

Our date is 10/10.  Just trying to get all my diy projects done now so I'm not stressing in the last few weeks.  My goal is to only have the seating chart to do in the last week!

THREE DAYS!!! OMG. I stayed up until 1am doing the place cards and seating arrangements and all I had to do was put the dang table numbers on them (they already had names) and order them in alphabetical order .. since I am anal like that. Today I am picking up my ring (and it BETTER be ready this .. 4th .. time), dropping all the reception stuff off, dropping our dogs meds, food and cage at my moms since he will be staying with her while on our HM. Tomorrow is the pampering: nails, tanning, etc. After that it's all gravy baby!!! Hahahaha... although I do have butterflies. =D

We're getting married on 9/26 as well.  We have to finish up the programs and work on the seating chart.  I'm so ready for the day to be here

10-10-09 here we have to finalize ceremony details (doing that tonight with pastor). after that will work on programs. also have to finish getting rsvps back (they were do yesterday), then do seating chart/escort cards. like everyone else, i'm sooo ready for the day to be here already!

we are 11.22. I am super excited. Friday I have my first dress fitting and I am meeting with the reception site and my DOC. I have sent the out of town invites and cant wait to send the rest!! I have ordered so many things online lately for the wedding that I am stalking the mail for my orders and my RSVP's!!! Super excited!!! I don't even want to think about the other stuff I have to do . . . can't do it yet anyway!

Lets see, I get married on 9-25 OMG 16 days!!!!!!!!!Today was actually rather productive. got the containders and sand for sand ceremony, got some ribbon to tie onto my bubbles.Got a crown for flower girl, have to decide what I think of that. Need to figure out guest book. Met with planner to get her all caught up on everything that is going on. Fortunately, she is doing the place cards and arranging most of that, we just have to put people with people.still working on music, but have most of the important ones done. Possibly picking up my dress tonite!!!!!! I cant wait to have my girls in town, so I can get things done and visit.

I am also getting married the 26th, it's unbelievable how close it is.  Fortunately, I have most everything done...the one thing I am saving for last are the table assignments. knowing we'll be getting those last minute changes from guests.  Because our guest count climbed dramatically at the end, I have to do additional centerpieces, which isn't too bad all things considered.

9.19  I am getting very nervous,  one of my bm's just went and picked up her dress and still hasn't gotten it altered.......   other than that planning is going pretty smoothly, except for my evil caterer!  just minor things left to do.  Congrats to everyone! Bachelorette party is this weekend and it is definitely needed!!!!

i'm getting married oct. 17 2009 we got the spot the dress rings and flowers and invites that is about it we are still desiding on what to do at the reception ethier bbq or just mints peanuts and chocalates stuff like that

8 days to go here!!!! I feel like a child before Christmas! I've slept terribly for the last 2 days because i have soooo many things running through my head. We are ready to go though, the only things left to do are to make the favor bags (silver sixlets in a silver organza bag), drop the stuff off at the country club 3 days before, hair and makeup trials are this week. Other than that, I'm just tanning and trying to watch every little thing that I consume so I can look my best! I'm going to start whitening my teeth tonight, I bought the crest premium whitestrips! my honeymoon bags are already packed and ready to go! lol....can you tell I'm excited???
