So this is sort of a random question, but can anyone tell me how they have those cute little countdown trackers, or pictures or any of the decoration type stuff if you would call it that at the end of their posts? I have been trying to figure out how you can add those things to make your post look cuter I guess you could say. Any help? Thanks!
