Red Ox Bar/Restaurant?

Anyone been there in Indy?  We need a place to go to eat before a night out in Broadripple.  What suggestions do you have?  I want somewhere nice but not formal.  Thanks!

    There is a Mexican Restaurant on Broad Ripple Ave that we like.  I think it's called La Hoya?

    Don't go to the Red Ox.  It's a bar...and it's really smoky...and loud.  You never know what kind of crowed will be there.  When are you going out?
