Last DIY projects AW - PIP heavy

I'm going to steal Carly's idea and AW my last few DIY projects.  I wish I would have done some of these sooner, but oh well.

Menus that will be on each table (this is a picture of the bar mixers, but its the same concept)

Our favors/escort cards caramel apples - after being carmelized:

After being wrapped/putting escort leaves on:

All of our tables are named after buildings/landmarks in Pgh.  Some of the names are not the easiest to find, so I'm having a diagram of the room, along with who sits where at the escort card table:

We assembled our programs - this is a picture of a few of the fronts in progress.  We have 7 different types of paper for the covers, all in the green/blue/teal color scheme:

And a completed one:

And finally, these luminaries will be lining the walkway to the reception venue:

wow, you have a LOT of DIY!! I love the Tolsby frames, and I really think the idea of pittsburgh landmark pictures is awesome.  That picture of the incline is really cool!

How long did those apples take you?? It's such a good idea but it must have taken forever!

I love the Tolsby frames too!  And it didn't take that long to make the caramel apples.  It just took time for the caramel to melt.  My uncle had done it for a wedding last year, so he came out and supervised.

Wrapping up the apples and putting the leaves and bows on them took a significantly longer time, but I love apples, and I really wanted them as the favor.

Looks awesome! The luminaries are going to create some really good photos! And the caramel apples are a nice fall touch! The programs are really unique.  I think I may use the Toblby frames for the menus as well, I don't want to give every person a menu, especially because I think we will end up doing buffet, but I thought it would be good to have the dinner options for everyone to be able to see. Great job!

Wow I love all the DIY's!!! Everything looks fantastic! I love the menus in the frames! I need to figure out how to display my menu!

Lindsayloo- I'm in the same boat! I've been trying to explain to my FI that the menu has to be displayed so everyone knows what they are eating, he didn't believe me until we went to a buffest wedding without a menu listed!

Mrads- GL this weekend! Have a wonderful wedding day!!
