Baker Rules in NWI?

Good Afternoon Ladies! 

My fiance and I are getting married on May 4, 2012 in Lake County Indiana. My aunt and cousin have volunteered to make my cake. Both are bakery/cooking school graduates, so this is not a boxed cake kind of deal. 

However, we were told for my aunt to deliver the cake, she has to be licensed and bonded. Doe anyone know where she can get a temporary permit? She lives in Texas and to get a business license in Indiana seems pretty excessive. 

Has anyone been through this, or know what to do?

    Did you check with her home insurance company? Maybe a temp permit with the board of health for food service?
