Trouble with Trash to Treasure

Hi ladies! I got on trash to treasure looking for some more WHITE ostrich feathers to use for my wedding reception. I already have about 300 BEAUTIFL white feathers. I found a post for 240 WHITE feathers and purchased them for $200. When they arrived they were IVORY and much smaller than expected. There is NO WAY I can use them along side my white ones. I have e-mailed the seller twice. I have offered to ship them back to her and pay the shipping myself and for a full refund of the $200. She so far has not responded. I am just sick about this. I have had so many great experiences on trash to treasure and I can't believe this. How long should I wait before I start trying to get more firm? And does anyone know of any way I can go thru paypal to recover this money? Thanks all!

That is terrible. I have never used this portion of the site, but I think the time to get more firm is NOW. Is there a moderator you can contact? I am so sorry this happened to you.

I did finally get a response from her but she is refusing to refund any money until she receives the item. I understand that she wants to make sure she gets the items back but I also want to make sure I receive my refund. I think I am going to return them this week and if she does not refund the money I will open a dispute with paypal and post on Trash to Treasure (and every board on the Knot) NOT to do business with her.
