I am in need of an inexpensive photographer for our wedding/vow renewal, any ideas

We are using Cathy and David Photos who are wonderful.  They start out at $3000 I believe, or at least they did when we booked them.  My future brother in law, who is my fiance's best man, is also a photographer.  I have referred him on here before and he is wonderful.  He did our engagement pics for us and we got so many compliments on them.  His package is $1300.  Check out his website photosbywoodall.com.  Good luck!!!

I'm using James Byrd Photography.  Our package is $1,700 and we get a cd with the rights.  If your looking for REALLY cheap, I would try looking on craigslist, but with caution!

I'm using Summer Yates of Summerly Photography.  I met with her yesterday and she seems really personable and VERY affordable.  Her packages are $500-$1000.  She's based out of SW Indy.

My photog is a former Knottie.  She just had her first baby though and I know that my wedding in October is the only one she's doing this year so that she can stay home with her baby.  If you're getting married in 2011, let me know and I'll pass on her info.  Our package was only $950 and included epics, rehearsal, full day wedding and DVDs with rights to print everything.  And she's awesome!

We used Astra Creative.  They are INCREDIBLE.  It was the best decision we made to have them do our wedding.  They have actually done our e-pics, family pics, Christmas pics, and wedding pics.  They also designed our wedding invites.  www.astracreative.com

Look into www.heatherdawnphotography.com that who am looking at for my wedding. She's just getting back into photography after a long break from the business. So her prices are low $500+ with DVD and proofs. Use to be called Whittfully Yours Photography. Hope this helps.
