Mill Top or Marion County Public Library?

I was wondering if anyone has attended or held a wedding at Mill Top Banquet center in Noblesville or the Indianapolis Marion County Public Library?  I have narrowed it down to these two and was seeing if I could get some input!  Thanks!

    We looked at having our wedding at the MCPL, but the reception priced us out... It started at like $150+ a person for the reception catering (you have to use their company). We found the ceremony rental fee was reasonable but the recpetion catering costs were WAY too expensive! However, if your budget can handle that, enjoy! They have beautiful spaces! :)

    **We ended up using the Skyline Club (on the circle) instead, so if you need a more budget friendly option (downtown) you might check into it. Amy McQueen is great to work with!
