    There is supposed to be a lady who makes great cakes and her business is located somewhere near the park in Peru.  I'm not sure of her name but I hear she is great!  Also I have no idea about Limos-My reception will be in Peru and I was wondering about that too.  Where are you having your ceremony and reception?  I'll let you know if I find out that name! :)
