Today my fiance and I went to look at a venue in Merriville, IN. It was an hour and a half drive and it was some what confusing on how to get there because of road construction. So upon arrival we see a funeral had arrived at the same time, not an issue or so we thought.
We walk in and are not greeted by anyone and finally when the lady we were there to see met us she had guessed my name wrong...she was unprepared to say the least. My name is Izzy...not to hard to remember. lol
I understand that things happen and that the funeral was probably last minute but she could have called me. She had my cell number and my house number and she also knew we were coming from a while away. Anyways we looked at the room from afar and we were kind of shoved out of the way because she was busy as the event coordinator.
She had nothing to hand to us...no where to sit and talk options...nothing.
She kept say over and over again that "it's all online". Well duh...thats how we found the place to start with. I understand that she was busy but at the same time we are customers too.
So needless to say
