Bridal Shower & Rehersal Dinner dresses

Hi Ladies ~
Just wondering if any of you have suggestions for where to shop for plus size bridal shower and rehersal dinner dresses. I've tried shopping in stores near me but have not found anything so I'm open to online shopping.

I have had AMAZING luck with Macy's.  I absoultely fell in love with an Alfani dress that I wore for my shower (in black) and then went back and bought the exact same dress in white for my rehersal dinner   It was originally $109, but I got it 60% off



here is the black one I bought- next to my wedding dress it is the most flattering dress on and comfy...oh dear goodness i feel like i could go to the gym in it!

I saw that dress at my local macys in white! But it looked so heavy and long on the hanger I didin't even try iton. I am glad to see it "on" someone. It looks so cute and flattering!

It isn't heavy at all!!! The inner material is soooo soft!  I am quite short (5'2" on a good day) and it comes to my knees.

I usually have great luck at Macys, but I recently have fallen in love with the stuff from eloquii. I bought a dress on clearance for 30, and it was fully lined and high quality along with a great fit.

Lots of places have plus size dresses that are nice, Debs, Maurices, I just bought a really nice dress from rue 21 to wear to interview my wedding coorinator and ceremony spot...

oh also, I have been going to Deb lately. I neve thought I'd find anything in there, and I kind of dread going there sometimes because I don't  "love" the atmosphere in the place
But I keep finding REALLY cute dresses all under 30 bucks and people keep complimenting them! IT's like my little secret shop.

I was at the mall with my friend and we walked by a Torrid store (which I didn't even realize the mall had one) and we decided to go in...I ended up finding the perfect rehearsal dress and was surprised the quality was so good.

I would recommend Dress Barn and Torrid.  Torrid has a ton of dresses online and many are in stores.  Plus they always have dresses on sale (just got a really cute dress for $20).  I have ended up getting dresses to wear for various weddings at Dress Barn.  Not a fan of their regular clothes but they always seem to have a decent dress selection.
