we're getting married on the same day

my big stress is how much weight i need to lose! i have to lose 15 to fit in the dress i bought two sizes two small (have already lost 7 of 22 - my first goal) but i really would like to lose 43lbs from where i am right now. is it realistic, if i do WW and do insanity/P90X/hiphopsabs/zumba workouts??
