Plus Sized Reception Dress?

Hey ladies, 

I know I'm just barely plus sized at a 14, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a good site or store that carried cute and affordable, short white dresses that would work well for a plus sized girl? I've looked at Marshalls/TJMaxxx, Nordstroms, etc but they don't have much in ALL white. I am so leery of buying dresses online without trying them on. 

I really would like to avoid the bridal stores if possible due to budget and that I might have to order my size, and would like to spend around $50, but no more than $100.

I bought several dresses from DEB's over the summer.  Maybe they have a spring collection out already?

Here's a cute short, white dress with a beaded "belt" from DEB. It's only $89.99. In my experience, their sizes are pretty true to your size.

Old navy had a cute white and cream dress. Might be too casual but I thought it was really cute.

Oh, i was just at JC Penny's this weekend and found a cute lace ivory dress....let me see if i can find it online....
